House Hunting
After sitting down with me and discussing what you want in your new home I will take all of the information search the Tucson MLS as well as network with other Realtors for private listings. After entering the aforementioned criteria I will assemble a package of possible new home choices and present them to you with a brief summary of each property’s location, price, and other pertinent information.
Armed with the list of prospective homes you have approved I will setup viewing appointments to give us a chance to view the property or will escort you to open houses for the properties. This gives you a chance to see the homes for yourself and determine whether or not you are still interested. When we find a home you are satisfied with we can make an offer!
I've lived in the Old Pueblo for more than a decade and have an intimate knowledge of Tucson as well as the surrounding areas. I go hiking and traveling whenever I have a break from real estate (which isn't often enough!) and enjoy taking in an Arizona sunset while relaxing in my backyard.
