Tucson Real Estate - Buyers - House Hunting

After sitting down with me and discussing what you want in your new home I will take all of the information search the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  After entering the aforementioned criteria I will assemble a package of possible new home choices and present them to you with a brief summary of each property's location, price, and other pertinent information.

Armed with the list of prospective homes you have approved I will setup viewing appointments to give us a chance to view the property or will escort you to open houses for the properties.  This gives you a chance to see the homes for yourself and determine whether or not you are still interested.  When we find a home you are satisfied with we can make an offer!
