I’m here in Las Vegas visiting my parents and my Dad just handed me his 2009-2010 Clark County Assessor Notice of Value.
I tried to prepare him for the shock he was about to receive when he saw the “taxable value” of his home but he wasn’t listening.. moments later, he learned the taxable value of his home had decreased by 27%!, a terrible justification of the real estate market collapse here in LV.
