The process of selling your home can be filled with many different emotions; happiness that you are moving forward, and sadness that you are leaving a place where memories were made. By selecting me to represent you in the selling process you will be entrusting the sale of your home to a consummate professional who places his client's happiness in high regard.

1. Preparing to Sell
To make yourself a serious and desireable home seller there are several preliminary steps you can take to prepare your home for sale that will increase your potential profit.

2. Hiring Michael Krotchie
Selecting a Real Estate agent is one of the most important steps in selling your home. By hiring someone who is not experienced in real estate you run the risk of wasting your valuable time and resources.

3. The Listing Agreement
After selecting me to represent you as your Realtor in the selling process we will sign a listing agreement. This document outlines the details of your home as well as other details pertinent to the selling process.

4. Pricing Your Home
After you've decided to select me as your Realtor and during the signing of the listing agreement you will decide on the selling price of your home.   I will advise you in this area with a myriad of resources.

5. Marketing Your Home
One of the most important steps in the process of selling is the marketing efforts of your Realtor. By selecting me as your Realtor you will be ensured a high level of marketing spanning several mediums.

6. Showing Your Home
Now that we have the house properly marketed we may be holding open houses for potential buyers to preview the property. Other Realtors will also be bringing by interested clients who might be curious about the property.

7. Receiving an Offer
After listing the home, the proper marketing, and showings we have recieved an offer from an interested buyer.  I will explain the details of the offer to you and provide valuable advice and knowledge.

8. Settlement/Closing
We've found you a buyer, agreed on a price, have made it through the inspection period, and now you're ready for the closing where you will officially sell the property.  Welcome to the end of the home selling process—and the beginning of your next home ownership journey!
