The median sales price is $229,000; what this means is that half of the homes sold for less than this amount and half of the homes sold for more than this amount.

The median sales price gives us an idea of where the most movement is in our market.  Average sales price is easily skewed by a few luxury home sales and don&#039;t really reflect market movement.
