Back in 2006 in Las Vegas, Pulte cut their prices by $100,000 one day to the next and caused a huge uproar. I can only imagine being one of those homeowners who bought just before the price drop. That pretty much killed our comps. Now there are about 3 or 4 short sales listed here. People don't think about the builders and usually just blame the lenders and borrowers. In my neighborhood, the builder screwed us over.
