Continental Ranch Subdivision – A Northwest Tucson Subdivision
Continental Ranch is a beautiful master-planned community located in northwest Tucson off of the Cortaro Road exit, just west of I-10. Built in several phases beginning in 1996 Continental Ranch is now a popular community of nearly five thousand homes and has attracted a myriad of business because of its continual growth.
Just off of the interstate you will find a Wal-Mart, Kohl’s, Tower Theatres, In-N-Out Burger, Chili’s, as well as a variety of other food and entertainment stores located in the Arizona Pavilions Shopping Center.
Continental Ranch is located within the Marana Unified School District and there are three elementary schools in the community, Twin Peaks Elementary, Rattlesnake Ridge Elementary, and Coyote Trail Elementary.

I've lived in the Old Pueblo for more than a decade and have an intimate knowledge of Tucson as well as the surrounding areas. I go hiking and traveling whenever I have a break from real estate (which isn't often enough!) and enjoy taking in an Arizona sunset while relaxing in my backyard.
