Continental Reserve is a beautiful Tucson subdivision located in northwest Tucson off of the Cortaro Road exit, west of I-10. The community is nestled against Sombrero Peak and consists of homes from several different builders including Canoa Homes, Richmond American, Pulte, and Lennar.
Continental Reserve is a planned community with an emphasis on lifestyle, landscaping, recreation opportunities, including a 10-acre community park, and pleasing streetscapes.

I've lived in the Old Pueblo for more than a decade and have an intimate knowledge of Tucson as well as the surrounding areas. I go hiking and traveling whenever I have a break from real estate (which isn't often enough!) and enjoy taking in an Arizona sunset while relaxing in my backyard.
