Rita Ranch is a wonderful community of over 3,000 homes located in Southeast Tucson on Houghton Road and Rita Ranch Road. It is a newer community taking root in the late 1990’s and continues to experience building growth today. Located on the Houghton Corridor, Rita Ranch is a popular housing destination for employees of Raytheon, IBM, Davis-Monthan AFB and the Tucson International Airport.
There are several shopping options with a Fry’s Shopping Center and a Safeway Shopping Center located nearby, in addition to several restaurants, banks and other area merchants.
